Quick fixes for the usual suspects.
My page changes aren't showing
The editor saves instantly, but make sure the page is published (top of the editor). If you're looking at the live page, hard-refresh — your phone may cache the old version briefly.
An offer vanished from my page
Either the brand paused it or your country setting changed. Paused offers stop rendering automatically (your visitors never hit a dead link) and blocks come back if the offer returns. Country-related hides are labeled in your editor.
A click didn't track
Clicks from link previews and bots are filtered out on purpose — only real people count. Real conversions can take up to a day for slow-reporting brands. If something still looks wrong after 24 hours, contact support with the offer name and rough time.
I can't generate my media kit
The generate button unlocks once you have a profile photo or follower counts — a kit without either looks empty to brands. Add one in Settings and it unlocks immediately.
