Terms of Service

This service (the "Network") is operated by SSAFF LLC, located at 407 Lincoln Rd, Suite 6H PMB 1834, Miami Beach, FL 33139. By signing up, sharing loop links, or accepting payouts, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You must provide accurate identifying information for tax reporting (W-9 in the US once you cross $600 in a calendar year). One account per person.

You receive a unique loop link for each active offer. When someone signs up to the upstream offer through your link and the offer's network confirms the conversion, your account is credited with a portion of the gross payout (the "Creator Share").

Conversions are held in a pending state until the upstream network confirms them. Confirmed conversions roll into your pending balance and pay out on the regular cycle.

Payouts are sent every Friday for the prior week (Sunday through Saturday), once your pending balance is at least $25. We reserve the right to delay payouts if a conversion appears fraudulent, is reversed by the upstream network, or violates these terms.

You may not:

• Click your own loop link or have anyone close to you (family, employees) sign up through it
• Use bots, click farms, incentivized traffic, or paid traffic without prior written approval
• Misrepresent the upstream offer or make claims the offer doesn't support
• Promote on platforms that prohibit affiliate links (e.g., some Discord servers, certain TikTok content categories)
• Spam — no unsolicited DMs, no posting in unrelated comment sections, no email spam
• Fail to disclose paid promotion (FTC requires #ad on every post)
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral program

Violating any of the above can result in immediate account suspension, conversion reversal, and forfeiture of pending balances.

Payouts are processed via PayPal, or other rails as we add them. You're responsible for providing a valid payout handle and for any fees the payment provider charges on receipt.

Once you accept a payout, those funds are yours. We do not claw back paid earnings except in cases of confirmed fraud as defined under US law.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on earnings. We will issue a 1099-NEC if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year (US creators).

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms or for activity that puts the Network at risk. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@loopteam.app or using the deletion option in Settings.

If we terminate for cause, pending balances may be forfeited. If we terminate without cause, we will pay any earned balance — including balances under the $25 weekly minimum, paid in the next cycle.

You own your content. We own the Network platform, brand, and tooling. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your username, display name, niche, social handles, milestones, and aggregated performance metrics within the platform and on opt-in directories.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The Network is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about earnings — your results depend on your content, niche, and effort. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount we've paid you in the prior six months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSAFF LLC from claims arising out of your content, your promotion methods, or your breach of these terms — including claims that your promotional activity violated a platform's rules or applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Network will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida, rather than in court — except claims eligible for small-claims court. You and SSAFF LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@loopteam.app with the subject "Arbitration opt-out".

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and SSAFF LLC regarding the Network and supersede prior discussions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
